Use of social media in professional development

Hope you all are doing well today.

Today I am going to tell you about my social media usage and how it plays role in my professional life and development

Nowadays, Social media is becoming the most important part of many people on this god’s green earth as you are using it in your free time to have fun and knowledge. Also, you are connecting new people on daily basis and maintaining your relation by liking and commenting on their photo or status or you can do it by private message too.

In professional development my social media account act as my personal learning network and resume to an employer as they can learn through my profile and my feed, more on they can browse through my potential experience and my qualification.

Now I am going to show some ways you can use social media and take advantage for professional development and connect with other people.

1. Connection help you to get information

• Social networking sites such as: – Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn can help you with other profession person and gain information on that profession. For example, if you want to get knowledge in field such as computer programming you can connect to a software developer and ask him about your question in it and increase knowledge for yourself.
• Share your idea with other

• You can use social sites to share your thoughts and techniques as well as learn from other/ You can also simply share or search ideas on Instagram by using some hashtags such as #developer #photographer #influencer #singer #writer and so on. You can also join group in Facebook such as community group or professional group to share your ideas over there and connect.

After showing you ways to develop your connection on social media I am showing you which application you can use for

1. YouTube

• YouTube is the site where you can share your skills and ability by making video. For example some of singer have their YouTube channel where they post they post video of their song and try to show others by adding some hashtags such as #song #madebyme #futuresinger and so on

• Facebook networking

• This site has tools for professional development such as Facebook group, Business page and events where you can share your idea and make new connection to have better opportunities

• LinkedIn: The professional network site

• LinkedIn is the platform where we can connect with group, companies, organization and individual where you can orient your profile very professionally which starts from headshot of your professional profile picture. You can gain credit while offering endorsement and recommendation to people who you know.

• That’s how I use my social media to connect with new people and develop my profession.

• After using social media as my professional development, I am going to tell you about power of using picture or video in your blog and how it can help to attain your career goal

• As we all familiar with today’s technology many youtuber use photos and videos to show people how they are using it and how it is making impact in your daily life

• People are getting more idea by looking at something rather than hear it from someone such as installing new application on your phone is easier with video tutorial then audio or document file as you can watch video and follow each and every step and can solve by looking into it.

• There is more than just problem solution, you can show world what you are best in and have follower from all across the word which can help in your social and professional development
